We are looking for an experienced Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager to join on a permanent basis.

This position is within the Hologic International Operations organization and expected to manage and deliver best in class Strategic Sourcing leadership to source indirect spend in the most efficient way, in time and at best cost.

The role will be supporting Direct and Indirect spends with a focus the assigned commodity and ensure that all internal manufacturing and internal customer requirements can be fully delivered at optimal cost by providing a high level of communication across internal and external stakeholders.

What to expect:

• Defining the Sourcing strategy for indirect spend across multiple categories at a regional level
• Defining objectives, delegating and monitoring assignments to subordinate managers/supervisors
• Managing the procurement activities for a number of geographically dispersed entities in EMEA
• Defining procurement procedures and policy in compliance with the International Procurement policy
• Liaising with stakeholders & be a trusted business partner
• Managing directly the relationship with the strategic suppliers (SRM)
