A leading aerospace company in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Indirect Sourcing Lead to oversee sourcing strategies for indirect goods and services. We are recruiting for an experienced Indirect Sourcing Lead to develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect goods and services that support our business operations.
In this role, you will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, drive cost savings, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and procurement, you will align sourcing initiatives with organisational goals while optimising costs and improving supplier performance.
