Job summary

Bramwith Consulting is seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Manager for a hybrid role in Glasgow. You will lead end-to-end strategic sourcing across indirect spend and partner with senior stakeholders to shape procurement strategy during a major transformation.

The role offers a competitive package, a £65,000–£75,000 base with bonus and additional benefits as the business advances through integration and acquisition programmes.

Qualifications

• Strong indirect procurement and strategic sourcing experience.
• Proven experience leading complex sourcing projects and supplier negotiations.
• Experience in a large, complex organisation; Financial Services or regulated industry beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• Ambitious, commercially minded procurement professional eager to develop further.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement projects across indirect spend.
• Develop sourcing strategies and lead complex commercial negotiations.
• Support transformation and integration activity, identifying opportunities across suppliers, contracts and spend.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across a large, complex organisation.
• Drive savings, supplier performance and long-term commercial value.
