Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a proactive Indirect Procurement Operative to support our non-car related functions. You will assist with PO creation, P2P cycles, supplier onboarding, RFx coordination and procurement operations to help align with cost cap requirements for 2026.

The role emphasises initiative, attention to detail and the ability to work under time constraints. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and our supply chain in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proactive and organised mindset with interest in high-performance environments.
• Experience of ERP systems and PO creation would be advantageous.
• Provide general administrative support across procurement activities, including RFx coordination.
• Attention to detail and discipline in execution to high standards.
• Supports problem resolution with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Independently identifies and completes tasks.
• Interest in motorsport or aerospace engineering welcome.
• Keeps knowledge up to date and builds capability.
