Strategic Indirect Procurement Manager - Tech, Media & Communications | Global Blue Chip Household Name | £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus & Benefits | West London (Hybrid)

Are you an ambitious procurement professional with experience in Indirect categories? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a renowned, market-leading brand that is expanding rapidly. You will manage multi-million-pound spend on outsourced and offshore managed services supporting multi-channel customer interactions including technology, professional services, martech & communications via phone, chat, social media, email, and more.

Working closely with the Senior Procurement Manager, you will influence the future of customer service delivery and outsourced service models, leveraging international suppliers, driving transformation, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to improve commercial and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end sourcing, including RFPs, negotiations, KPIs, and SLAs.
2. Develop and implement supplier relationship and performance management strategies.
3. Partner with UK and overseas stakeholders to align procurement with strategic goals.
4. Lead negotiations and manage supplier risks.
5. Support the transition to a leaner, more agile vendor base for communications and contact centres.
6. Drive savings and service improvements in collaboration with global procurement.

What You'll Bring:

1. At least 3 years of procurement experience in indirect categories.
2. Strong commercial awareness and contract negotiation skills.
3. Interest or familiarity with outsourced/offshore delivery models.
4. Ability to manage senior stakeholders confidently.
5. Experience with SRM, supplier performance, and governance.
6. Willingness to learn about managed services and outsourcing in customer service.
7. Comfort working with data and IT systems for supplier management.
