We're on the lookout for a Procurement Category Manager to join the team on a 9-12 month FTC. If you're comfortable working across a wide mix of indirect categories, confident managing complex supplier relationships, and ready to hit the ground running in a well-established function-this is a great opportunity to make a real difference.
You'll be working closely with internal teams to shape sourcing strategies, manage key third-party relationships, and ensure everything runs smoothly from both a commercial and regulatory point of view. It's a hands-on role where you'll be trusted to take ownership and deliver results.
Leading end-to-end category management across UK & Ireland
Running sourcing events (RFPs, RFIs), negotiating contracts, and making sure suppliers deliver what they promise
Helping shape procurement processes, policies, and performance standards
Partnering with finance and business leads to align budgets and spend
Supporting compliance with regulatory requirements (FCA/PRA) and helping manage supplier risk
Driving value, savings, and smarter ways of working using proven procurement tools
Solid procurement experience, especially across indirect spend
Someone who's collaborative, commercially aware, and happy challenging the status quo when needed
A strong communicator who can build good working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Confident managing sourcing and contracts from start to finish
You'll be joining a procurement team that's trusted and visible across the business
