We're now looking for an experienced and strategic Indirect Procurement Lead to join our team and take ownership of all indirect procurement activities across the business. Key Responsibilities of an Indirect Procurement Lead includes, but is not limited to:

• Facilitating all company indirect purchase requests
• Leading the end-to-end tendering process - from document prep to contract award
• Supporting the onboarding and performance management of suppliers
• Managing the entire contract lifecycle: negotiation, execution, and compliance
• Implementing robust risk management strategies
• Conducting cost analysis to uncover savings opportunities
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR, anti-bribery, and trade laws
• Playing a key role in our project delivery programme and supporting business-wide initiatives
• Analysing complex data, market trends, and risk factors to inform strategic procurement decisions
• Building long-term supplier relationships aligned with business goals and market dynamics
• Identifying and addressing procurement risks and inefficiencies with innovative, practical solutions
• Making well-informed, timely decisions balancing cost, quality, risk, and compliance
• Maintaining precision in contracts, audits, and regulatory processes
• Staying agile in response to shifting priorities, regulations, and market conditions
• Committing to continuous improvement and deep understanding of key spend categories, suppliers, and supply chains

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in managing contracts and leading tenders to award - essential
• Strong ability to translate strategy into action
• Excellent data analysis skills to monitor spend patterns and market trends
• Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects under pressure
• High attention to detail, especially in compliance and auditing
• Bonus Points For:
• CIPS Level 4 or equivalent qualification
• Experience in analyzing category dynamics and driving procurement innovation
