Job summary

Evolito Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking an Indirect Buyer to join our Supply Chain team. You will own indirect spend across facilities, IT and business services, driving commercial control and supplier performance.

You will lead sourcing activities, negotiate contracts and SLAs, review supplier terms, and establish governance with internal stakeholders. The role requires a UK driving license and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• CIPS Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in procurement or purchasing with a commercial focus.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and challenge suppliers on pricing.
• Experience reviewing contracts and SLAs.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of indirect spend categories including facilities, IT and services.
• Lead sourcing activities, including RFQs, negotiations and contract placement.
• Review supplier contracts and address gaps in terms, SLAs and governance.
• Establish and implement supplier management with performance tracking.
• Act as the primary procurement interface for internal stakeholders.
• Manage supplier panel for calibration and other services; ensure cost competitiveness.
• Work with Engineering and Quality to meet technical and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and mitigate single-source and service-continuity issues.
• Drive pragmatic procurement in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop fit-for-purpose procurement processes and governance.

The team is scaling rapidly and has ambitious growth plans over the next twelve to eighteen months.As part of our current high-growth phase, we are looking for a Indirect Buyer to join our Supply Chain Team to take ownership of key indirect spend areas including facilities, IT and business services. We are looking for a commercially astute, delivery-focused individual to join us to focus on improving commercial control, contract robustness and supplier performance.*Key responsibilities:** Take ownership of indirect spend categories including facilities, IT and services, ensuring effective commercial control and supplier performance* Lead and deliver sourcing activities, including RFQs, negotiations and contract placement, with a focus on securing robust pricing, terms and service level agreements (SLAs)* Review existing supplier contracts and address gaps in commercial terms, SLAs and governance structures* Establish and implement appropriate supplier management practices, including performance tracking and regular reviews* Act as the primary procurement interface for internal stakeholders for indirect procurement* Manage the supplier panel for calibration and other direct enabling services, ensuring capability, compliance and cost competitiveness* Work closely with Engineering and Quality to ensure suppliers meet technical and regulatory requirements* Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, particularly around single-source suppliers and service continuity* Drive a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to procurement in a fast-paced environment.* Support the development of fit-for-purpose procurement processes and governance aligned to business growth.*Skills and experience required:** CIPS Level 4 or equivalent in experience.* Previous experience in Procurement or Purchasing, with a solid commercial foundation* Proven ability to negotiate contracts and challenge suppliers on pricing and terms* Experience reviewing or implementing contracts and service level agreements (SLAs)* Ability to work independently and grow into ownership of indirect procurements* Confident stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities* Strong analytical and commercial judgement* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* A flexible approach to work* Ability to bring a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude to the team* Desire to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment* UK driving license and ability to travel**Are you Evolito?**We’re driven by a shared passion for engineering excellence and sustainable mobility.
