Job Description
  • Manage the procurement of indirect goods and services to meet operational needs.
  • To cover all indirect categories.
  • To lead a lean team in the day to day responsibilities within indirect procurement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure value and quality.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings.
  • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for procurement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand and fulfil procurement requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.

A successful Indirect Buyer should have:

  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain within the manufacturing sector is desirable
