Qualifications

• Live, independently attributable trading track record in systematic equities.
• Direct responsibility for portfolio construction, capital allocation, risk management.
• Repeatable, scalable investment process with demonstrated risk-adjusted returns.
• Strong quantitative research including signal development and backtesting.
• Deep understanding of equity index methodologies, passive flows and market microstructure.
• Experience managing liquidity, execution risk and costs around index events.
• Strong programming capabilities, ideally Python, with institutional research tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for portfolio construction and risk management.
• Develop and validate quantitative investment signals and backtest them.
• Oversee liquidity management and execution around index events.
• Collaborate with research and technology teams to enhance infrastructure.
