Our client, a leading global hedge fund, is seeking an Index Research Analyst to join their collaborative research team. This role focuses on index rebalancing, combining deep analytical work with data‑driven insights across global markets.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate closely with the trading and research teams on index strategies across US, EMEA, and Asia.
  • Conduct primary research using company filings and shareholding data to predict index events and rebalances.
  • Analyze and interpret index methodologies to identify trends, signals, and opportunities.
  • Generate actionable research insights that contribute to the team’s overall investment strategies.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience in research or quantitative analysis, ideally within an index rebalancing environment.
  • Proven ability to work with company filings, key information documents, and corporate data.
  • Strong understanding of equity index methodologies.
