A children and youth advocacy organization seeks an Independent Visitor & Quality Assurance Officer. This full-time, home-based role entails extensive travel to conduct visits and assure report quality, requiring relevant qualifications and experience with vulnerable individuals. Commitment to safeguarding practices is crucial, and the role involves engaging with various stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
As an Independent Visitor & Quality Assurance Officer you will join NYAS Independent Monitoring Service. This role is full time, working 35 hours per week. The purpose of this role is to ensure that judgements are consistent with evidence provided and that the feedback given is an element of continuous improvement. This is a home-based role; you will be regularly away from home as you will be expected to travel extensively.

To comply with NYAS's Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, references, Digital Risk Assessment and Right to Work check.
