Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 4 Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join the acute therapy service at West Middlesex University Hospital. The role involves independent practice, delivering therapy assessments and treatments to a small inpatient caseload within a busy hospital setting.

• Previous experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy assessment and treatment to a small caseload of inpatients.
• Support the wider therapy and multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care, including client assessment, intervention and discharge planning.
• Use evidence-based principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
• Consolidate and develop knowledge through participation in CPD and in-service training.
