The school now has an exciting opportunity for an Independent Safeguarding Reviewer to join our fantastic team.

About the role

As an Independent Safeguarding Reviewer, you will play a vital role in evaluating and strengthening safeguarding and child protection practices across Cognita schools in the UK and internationally. Working part-time as part of a flexible and collaborative team, you will conduct in-depth reviews, provide verbal and written feedback, and support ongoing improvement through evidence-based reporting. Your ability to engage professionally, maintain objectivity, and adapt to varied cultural and educational contexts will be essential. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to influence and uphold the highest standards of safeguarding across a global education group.

We are seeking part-time reviewers to join a collaborative team, working on an irregular schedule. Applicants must be able and willing to work flexibly to accommodate the varying demands of the review process.

You’re flexible, culturally aware, and able to adapt your approach across diverse school settings.
