IRO - Children’s Services | £38 P/H

We are seeking an Independent Reviewing Officer to join a children’s services team in the West Midlands.

As an IRO, you will ensure the quality of performance and service by reviewing and planning safeguarding systems for children and young people. The role involves scrutinising and analysing the work of social workers in the looked-after children’s service on the islands. You will challenge practice and consult with social workers to promote improvements.

The manager encourages flexibility, allowing you to work your own hours, and is looking for someone interested in a long-term position. If stability is what you seek, this role is ideal for you.
