What we are looking for
- Qualified pharmacists must have:
- Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited British School of Pharmacy, or recognised equivalent;
- Current GPhC registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council;
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a pharmacist, demonstrated within a practice portfolio;
- Qualification in clinical or mental health pharmacy (diploma or MSc);
- Credentialed membership with the College of Mental Health Pharmacy (CMHP) (ideal but not a must);
- Evidence of CPD;
- Approach: Involves patients in decisions about prescribed medicines and supporting adherence as per NICE guidelines.
- Legal Compliance: Comprehensive understanding of patient confidentiality, data protection (including GDPR), and UK medical law.
- Collaborative Spirit: Open to feedback and willing to work collaboratively in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for Mental Health: A strong commitment to improving access to mental health services in the UK.
Your role
- Support our Psychiatric Services: Work closely with our psychiatrists throughout the course of patient care, offering guidance on the most appropriate medication and leading the medication titration process.
- Support patients throughout treatment to increase adherence.
- Initiating, reviewing, and adjusting medication regimens.
- Support the physical health of patients.
- Collaborate with Our Team: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to refine and improve service delivery.
- Support Innovation: Contribute to creating a supportive, innovative, and patient-focused care environment.

- Compensation: £50 per hour
