Job summary

Aspire Locums (Northwest) Limited is seeking experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Prescribers or Advanced Paramedics with Independent Prescribing rights to work across NHS General Practices in Northwest England. This locum role offers flexible hours, self-employment status and multi-site assignments within a supportive clinical governance framework. You will provide high quality care across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (UK) or equivalent
• Independent Prescriber (V300)
• Registered with NMC or HCPC
• Proven ability to work autonomously or in multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Provide same-day consultations and manage minor illnesses and long-term conditions.
• Prescribe medications in line with qualifications and guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and infection control measures.
