Job summary

ProfDoc is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join a respected GP practice near Sidmouth, Devon. Part-Time or Full-Time, with flexible working days and a relocation package. A £2,000 relocation bonus and visa sponsorship may be available.

Independent Prescriber qualification is required, with opportunities for ongoing professional development. You will lead structured medication reviews, support patient safety, and work closely with senior pharmacists in a fast-paced primary care team.

Qualifications

• UK experience in primary care or GP setting is essential.
• Skilled in managing complex and vulnerable patient groups.
• Confident working independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills.
