Job description

Key Duties

  1. Full or part-time position which can be tailored to suit your schedule/preference.
  2. The practice is a highly innovative specialist independent offering exceptional high-quality service to their established patient base.
  3. Working hours are generally Monday to Saturday, with negotiable weekend flexibility.
  4. Flexible 30+ minute testing times enabling exceptional high-quality patient care.
  5. They have a highly established patient base, allowing for a less sales-driven, pressure-free working environment, focusing solely on what's best for the patient.
  6. Continuously investing in cutting-edge technology, including OCT and a fully paperless patient management system.
  7. The business has a very low staff turnover, with support from experienced Dispensing Opticians and Optical Assistants.

Package and Benefits

  1. Very competitive salary between £45,000 - £60,000, depending on experience.
  2. Welcome bonus of £5,000.
