Job summary

Pertemps Medical Professionals is looking for an experienced Obstetric and Gynaecology Ultrasound Specialist to perform and report scans independently in a supportive NHS or private care setting.

You will undertake first, second and third-trimester pregnancy scans, conduct comprehensive gynae assessments and deliver patient-centred care while producing timely, accurate diagnostic reports for clinical decision-making. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Ultrasound Qualification CASE accredited or equivalent.
• Significant obstetric and gynecology ultrasound experience.
• HCPC/NMC/GMC registration or equivalent.
• DQASS and FMF accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Perform and report obstetric and gyne ultrasound examinations independently.
• Carry out first, second and third-trimester pregnancy scans.
• Conduct comprehensive gynecological assessments.
• Deliver patient-centred care throughout the scanning process.
• Produce accurate and timely diagnostic reports.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to support patient pathways.
• Maintain high clinical standards and contribute to service excellence.
