Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Independent Mortgage Adviser to join our team. As an Independent Mortgage Adviser, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the mortgage process, analysing their financial situations, and providing expert advice to help them make informed decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' needs, goals, and financial situations.
Analyse various mortgage products and recommend the most suitable options for clients.
Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation.
Communicate and negotiate with lenders to secure the best mortgage rates and terms for clients.
Provide clear explanations of mortgage terms, conditions, and fees to clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and market trends to offer the most relevant advice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and lenders.
Collaborate with the team to meet or exceed sales targets and client satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser or Mortgage Broker.
- Knowledge of mortgage products, lending processes, and industry regulations.
- Full MAQ/CeMAP (or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
