Job summary

Blue Sky Brokers is seeking reliable Personal Care Assistants to support a disabled employer living independently in Salford. The role focuses on promoting independence and enabling access to community activities, in the home and local settings.

You will work as part of a small team, following care plans, respecting confidentiality, and maintaining dignity at all times while assisting with personal care, meals, mobility, appointments, and social engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Personal Care Assistant preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans with dignity and respect.
• Strong communication and boundary awareness.

Responsibilities

• Personal care routines including toileting and continence support.
• Assistance with washing, dressing and daily preparation.
• Support with meals, light household tasks and medication prompts.
