• Willing to study Advanced qualifications and keen to progress to Chartered status.
• Skilled in delivering presentations.
• Knowledgeable about financial markets and products.
• Able to identify the specific needs and requirements of clients.
• Capable of developing strategic relationships within the industry.
• Proactive and able to demonstrate initiative.

Responsibilities

• You must be 'entrepreneurially spirited' and be able to grow and develop a portfolio of clients with our support.
• Research and analyse all suitable solutions to meet the client’s needs.
• Gather, analyse, and document all information needed to provide financial advice according to Fairstone standards.
• Keep client records updated to understand their objectives and make suitable recommendations.
• Maintain regular contact with clients.
• Provide advice when needed and ensure strong service to support the annual review process.
• Stay informed about changes that affect clients' financial situations.
