Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Independent Financial Adviser or Financial Planner.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum).
• A current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection and tax-efficient planning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients' financial circumstances and objectives.
• Provide holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, protection, inheritance tax and retirement planning.
• Develop tailored financial planning recommendations with the Paraplanning team.
• Complete client risk assessments and suitability reviews.
• Research financial products to meet clients' needs and present recommendations.
• Guide clients through informed financial decisions and monitor plans for ongoing suitability.
• Maintain compliant client records in line with FCA requirements.
• Build long-term client relationships through referrals, networking and business development.
