Eight Financial Advice is seeking a Diploma-qualified, self-employed Financial Adviser to join our team in Whiteley. You will have the opportunity to build and grow your own client bank with support from an established business and a team around you.

We offer in-house paraplanning, personal assistance and compliance support, plus potential initial financial help to ease your transition. A strong track record and a commitment to delivering great client outcomes are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma-level financial planning qualifications required.
• Current/previous experience in an authorised Financial Adviser role.
• Competent Adviser status preferred.
• Strong track record of building trusted client relationships.
• Ambition to generate and develop your own business opportunities over time.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own client bank with support from Eight Financial Advice.
• Provide high-quality financial advice and guidance to clients.
• Leverage in-house paraplanning, personal assistance and compliance support to focus on client outcomes.
• Develop relationships and opportunities within the Eight client base.
• Maintain ethical and compliant advisory practices.
