60/40 Split – On clients you bring (you retain 60%, and you own the client)
40/60 Split – On clients introduced or bought by the firm (firm retains 60%, and owns the client)
50/50 Split – On internal referrals from the firm’s professional network (firm owns the client)

Provide holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, tax planning, and more
Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and long-term value
Conduct full fact-finds, suitability assessments, and client reviews
Use the firm’s tech stack and support team to streamline your client servicing
Stay compliant with FCA guidelines and internal governance procedures
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum)
Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with business development and prospecting (for self-sourced clients)
Whole-of-market or IFA experience preferred
Self-driven, ethical, and client-focused mindset
