We’re seeking a hands-on contractor to lead daily operations of a high-volume, food delivery location featuring multiple food brands. As an independent contractor, you’ll have the freedom to manage hours, pricing, staffing, and menus, while benefiting from operational and technical support, marketing, and demand engine.

What you’ll do as an Operator:

• Oversee day-to-day business operations for a multi-brand, fast-casual location

• Collaborate with delivery partners and in-person traffic to maximize revenue, especially during late-night hours

• Adapt and innovate offerings to suit the local market and customer demand

• Take on full ownership for business results, with flexible support

Contract Compensation Model:

• Significant upside potential, with top operators earning more than £100,000 per year
