Job summary

Cameron Clarke Associates t/a talent-finder is seeking an experienced CAD / BIM Technician to join our Leeds engineering team on a full-time basis. The role is hands-on, with sole responsibility for CAD/BIM delivery and taking ownership of workload while supporting engineers.

You will specialise in AutoCAD and Revit, develop BIM standards, QA procedures and templates, and ensure drawings meet project requirements across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CAD/BIM role with ownership of workload.
• Strong background in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ability to work independently as the sole technician.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage accurate engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop models from engineers' sketches and mark-ups.
• Maintain drawings throughout the design process per standards.
• Act as BIM owner and QA for drawings across projects.
• Support engineers with modelling and documentation.
