Job summary

The JobsBoard is seeking an Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser to cover multiple practices across the UK. You will assess patients, select and fit hearing devices, and provide ongoing support. Autonomy in diary management is offered within a patient-centered independent family-run business.

You will have access to advanced audiometric equipment, ongoing training, and a collaborative clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care and service quality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Hearing Aid Audiology or related field.
• Valid certification as an Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser.
• 1–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of hearing assessment techniques and hearing aid tech.
• Proficient in using audiometric equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing assessments to determine loss.
• Advise on hearing solutions including hearing aids and implants.
• Select, fit and dispense hearing aids for patients.
• Conduct follow-up appointments to fine-tune devices.
• Provide counselling and support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Stay updated with advancements in audiology.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
