Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review case files referred by the National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team.
• Arrange hearings and consider oral representations as required.
• Evaluate relevant written and oral evidence to make fair determinations.
• Determine unfitness to engage in estate agency work when appropriate.
• Maintain ethical separation between investigation and adjudication functions.
• Provide clear, well-reasoned written decisions and guidance to the team.
