Job summary

PwC is seeking a solutions-focused Manager in a fast-paced Independent Firm Services environment across the UK. You will advise practice teams on independence requirements and help structure services effectively, while ensuring seamless operational efficiency.

You will coach junior members, liaise with senior stakeholders, and support audit tenders with independence considerations. Expect cross-firm collaboration and opportunities to influence major client rotations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of independence or conflict rules (training provided).
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, including delivering difficult messages to senior leaders.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and strong project management.

What your days will look like:

• Advising practice teamson independence requirements - helping them navigate regulations and structure services effectively.

• Managing key independence processes ensuring seamless operational efficiency

• Coaching junior team members- enhancing their knowledge, problem-solving abilities and soft skills

• Working with and reporting to senior stakeholders across the firm and network

• Supporting audit tenders and major transitions, advising on independence considerations during client rotations.

• Collaborating with engagement teams across the firm, guiding them on non-audit services and technology tool permissibility
