Driving the Incremental Change Project for FY26, acting as the main link between business and technical teams to ensure project progress. Ensuring governance and integrity of People data, promoting consistency and alignment across the function, and developing source data for high-quality insights.
Proven experience in process and systems change within HR or shared services, including project lifecycle phases such as analysis, UAT, training, and post-implementation support. Advanced Excel skills for handling large datasets, reporting, and validation. Strong understanding of SAP HR or similar ERP systems, with experience coordinating with IT and product teams on system issues, updates, and releases. Knowledge of data governance, data quality, HR data security, and compliance. Experience in process mapping, design, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders at various levels.
