Job description

We are seeking an experienced Income Services Manager to join us on a permanent, full-time basis, to lead our income recovery efforts, ensuring effective rent collection and debt management in line with our corporate vision. In this role, you will lead, motivate, and develop the Income Team to deliver an outstanding rent collection and arrears recovery service. You'll manage performance against clear KPIs, oversee compliance with statutory requirements, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure robust income management. You will also play a key role in developing policies and procedures, preparing reports for senior stakeholders, and supporting the financial year-end process. As Income Services Manager, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, managing risk, and representing Eastlight both internally and externally. You will ensure the rent management system provides accurate information, liaise with Neighbourhood Leads, and actively promote fairness and diversity within the team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by maximising income and supporting our tenants through financial inclusion initiatives.
