Candidates must have relevant Income and Housing experience. This is a week-to-week contract covering sickness.

• Deliver a comprehensive rent collection service by monitoring a case load of rent accounts for customers in arrears.
• Managing the arrears process in compliance with group policies and procedures.
• Visiting customers in their homes with Housing Officers to be a visual contact for Rent issues.
• Ensure appropriate legal action is taken to recover debt.
