Places for People is hiring an Income Management Officer in Bath on a permanent basis. The role reports to the Operations Manager and offers hybrid working after an initial training period.

You will oversee income management administration, working with Property Managers and Administrators to maintain high service levels and accurate data for reporting. Experience in debt management is preferred but training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills.
• Able to use IT packages effectively and manage stakeholder relationships.
