Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (Monday-Friday)

We're looking for a dedicated Income Management Officer to join our friendly and high-performing income management team. You'll support customers in managing their income, accessing benefits, and sustaining their tenancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Account Management: Take responsibility for a patch of customer accounts, working towards positive financial outcomes.
  • Customer Support: Offer guidance on income collection, benefits, and income maximisation.
  • Income Recovery: Lead proactive efforts to recover income and meet agreed targets.
  • Data Monitoring and Analysis: Track income performance and use data insights to improve outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Housing Sector Experience: A background in income-related roles within housing is essential.
