This role is part of the newly created Income and Collections Team within finance and will see you working as part of a busy, dedicated team. This is an exciting time to join the team with the creation of the Income and Collections Assistant role paving the way for the future development and growth of the teams. You will join the team and take responsibility for key tasks across the Income and Collections cycles of the University and its subsidiaries.
Previous financial experience is essential as you will be expected to carry out key financial tasks as part of the Income and Collection cycles in line with university policies and procedures. These key tasks feed directly into the annual accounts and are key to monitoring the budget.
You must have excellent customer service skills as a crucial part of this role will be to ensure we positively impact on the Student Journey and ensure that every conversation is a positive experience for the students. You must be a team player whilst effectively prioritising your daily workload to make sure set deadlines are met. You will be efficient and effective in both your written and verbal communication, have strong attention to detail, and will enjoy being part of a busy team in this challenging role to be able to get the job done!
