• Experience delivering to an employment service or social care contract.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment in line with KPI's.
• Experience directly supporting individuals into employment or volunteering.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
• Understanding of the needs of employers and individuals with barriers to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for individuals seeking volunteering, work experience, and/or community outcomes.
• Complete community profile assessments, providing support and/or job coaching.
• Work closely with organisations offering voluntary opportunities.
• Use initiative, communication, and proactive problem-solving to create pathways for customers.
