Job summary

St Margarets CE Primary School in Brighton is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant and MSA to support pupils, including those with SEND, within a warm and inclusive school environment. The role is full-time, term-time only, with a start date in October 2026 and a 47.36-week pay year.

The successful candidate will work 1:1 with children, lead group interventions and support whole-class learning while collaborating with Teaching staff to deliver high-quality education.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is desirable.
• Ability to support 1:1 work and group interventions.
• Commitment to inclusive education for all learners.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1, run group interventions and assist with whole-class activities.
• Work independently and as part of the staff team, showing initiative.
