Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 4 Teaching Assistant with strong understanding of adaptive practice and inclusion.
• Proactive, nurturing, child-centred approach; able to support planning and assessment.
• Experience in SEND, supporting children with complex social communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of sessions within the Hive inclusion class.
• Assist with assessments and contribute to team discussions.
• Support inclusion across the school and adapt tasks to individual needs.
• Foster safe, inclusive learning environments that promote progress toward outcomes.
