Qualifications

• QTS with experience delivering General Science to KS3/KS4.
• Experience differentiating lessons for varying abilities and needs.
• Strong subject knowledge across General Science.
• Child-centered approach and nurturing classroom practice.
• Experience working in an SEN setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging General Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Differentiate learning to support students with diverse needs.
• Adapt teaching strategies for students with Autism and SEMH.
• Create a calm, inclusive classroom and build positive relationships.
• Monitor progress and adapt planning to meet individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and colleagues to provide consistent support.
