Job summary

New Directions Group is seeking passionate Primary Teachers to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) across multiple schools in the Wrexham area. Opportunities include day-to-day supply, longer-term placements, and ongoing teaching roles within a flexible framework.

You will work within diverse school settings, delivering high-quality lessons, organising resources, and collaborating with staff to support inclusive learning for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 pupils.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with ALN.
• Ability to teach across EYFS/KS1/KS2.
• Proven classroom management and inclusive teaching approach.

Responsibilities

• Teach all areas of the primary curriculum.
• Organise classroom and learning resources to create a positive environment.
• Plan, prepare and teach lessons for varied abilities.
• Motivate pupils with engaging, imaginative delivery.
• Maintain discipline and support pupil development assessments.
• Coordinate activities within curriculum areas and support colleagues.
• Stay updated with curriculum changes and liaise with colleagues.
