Reddish Hall School, part of Outcomes First Group, seeks a Deputy PE Lead to advance an inclusive PE provision for students with SEMH, autism, ADHD and SEND needs. You will help shape the PE curriculum, support extra-curriculars and collaborate with therapy and pastoral teams.

You will deliver high-quality PE lessons, adapt learning for diverse abilities and contribute to EHCP outcomes, safeguarding and student wellbeing.

Competenze

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong PE knowledge and secondary teaching experience.
• Understanding of SEMH, autism and SEND needs.
• Excellent behaviour management and de-escalation skills.

Mansioni

• Deliver high-quality, inclusive PE lessons tailored to SEND/SEMH needs.
• Support planning, organisation and development of PE provision.
• Adapt activities to promote participation, confidence and achievement.
• Organise PE resources and schedule off-site activities with safety in mind.
• Contribute to risk assessments and safeguarding during PE and enrichment.
