Job description

Joining our client as Inclusive Learning Administrator, you’ll provide administration support for the Head of School, School Management Team, and curriculum staff to support the effective management and delivery of the curriculum and its operation within a designated centre.

You’ll work as part of a close-knit team and liaise with curriculum staff and cross-college services on student and staff matters. You’ll manage enquiries and administration tasks relating to courses and provide effective and flexible support for ad hoc business tasks and events such as those linked to enrolment, progression, and admissions within each centre.

This role would suit someone who has a high level of computer literacy and experience of providing strong administrative support within a fast-paced environment. You’ll be able to build relationships across teams to deliver tasks effectively and be able to work effectively under pressure, adhering to strict deadlines. You’ll be able to use initiative, organise and prioritise, and work accurately according to set procedures.

Experience of working within a curriculum setting would be beneficial, as would experience of liaising and supporting students, parents and staff, achieving successful resolutions to enquiries.
