We value collaboration and believe that in-person interactions are crucial for both our culture and client delivery. We empower employees with our hybrid working policy, allowing them to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations to enable them to deliver their best work.

Here's what you'll need

  • Additional technical accreditation in a relevant field such as architecture, human factors, building surveying, transport planning, etc.
  • Evidence of advising on inclusive design across all stages of a project lifecycle.
  • Excellent understanding of national and/or international legislation, guidance, and standards.

Going beyond experience

  • Driving innovation and change, and pushing boundaries in inclusive design.
  • Evidence of leading a team and coordinating with other disciplines.
  • In-depth awareness of end-user requirements, industry trends, legislation, and guidance.

You will need to be an excellent communicator with well-rounded people skills, managing diverse teams with different and often competing goals, enabling collaboration to produce high-quality designs.

You’ll also have excellent client management skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, evaluate others' ideas, and communicate progress, potential issues, and mitigation strategies.
