Job summary

The Trinity Catholic School A Voluntary Academy in Nottingham is seeking a dedicated role to coordinate inclusion and medical provision and oversee behaviour support for 11–18 year olds. You will work with teaching staff to implement tailored plans and interventions, supporting student wellbeing and learning outcomes during term-time.

The position is permanent and part-time (15 hours per week on Thursdays and Fridays).

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating inclusion and safeguarding.
• Strong ability to design and implement tailored support programmes.
• Experience working with external agencies and families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inclusion and medical provision within the school.
• Lead with teaching staff to create and implement behaviour plans and interventions.
• Develop one-to-one mentoring relationships and group interventions.
• Maintain accurate safeguarding records and ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate with Head of Year, senior leaders, and external agencies.
