An established industry player is looking for a dedicated individual to support students with emotional and behavioural challenges. Actual Salary Range: 90 to 110 per day dependant on experience
Hours: 8:30am-4:00pm - 35 hours per week x 39 weeks per year
Start Date: May 2025 or sooner if available
Our client is a securely good school (Ofsted 2019) and is seeking someone who will play a critical role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all students, particularly those who may experience behavioural or emotional challenges.
About the Role:
Working closely with the Assistant Head teacher for Inclusion, you will support students in developing healthy social interactions, resilience, and coping strategies. You will also assist in implementing behaviour management plans and contributing to the wellbeing and mental health of students.
