Candidate Profile
  • An experienced teacher who plans enriching experiences, instills a love of learning, and aspires to teach children with complex Special Educational Needs requiring a bespoke and personalized curriculum, working from Pre-Nursery to Y1.
  • An experienced SENDCO with a SENDCO qualification or committed to obtaining one.
  • Someone capable of developing schemes of learning based on a ‘stage not age’ approach, incorporating early phonics alongside English, maths, and wider curriculum subjects.
  • A pioneer and an innovator.
  • Passionate about making a genuine difference.
  • A collaborator, team player, and future leader.
  • Dedicated to making a difference for all children in their class.
