Job summary

Wellspring Academy Trust is seeking an Inclusion Support Worker to deliver targeted physical activity and sport interventions while supporting the PE curriculum across our academies in North East Lincolnshire.

Reporting to the Head of Centre/Executive Principal, you will work full-time, 37 hours per week, term-time only. We offer strong CPD, a teaching school network, CPD TV channel access, and opportunities for professional progression.

Qualifications

• Ability to support children to regulate emotions and behaviour.
• Experience or training in trauma-informed approaches is advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support pupils' SEMH needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide children with a secure base in school and support emotional regulation.
• Model trusted adult behaviour and maintain consistent boundaries.
• Help pupils form and maintain positive relationships with others.
