Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting Inclusion Support Assistants to work across a range of Primary Schools. You will support pupils with additional needs, help them access learning activities and engage in class, and promote positive behaviour and independence.

Roles include both full-time and part-time opportunities with September 2026 start dates. We are looking for candidates with experience in education or childcare settings, a genuine commitment to inclusion, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational, childcare or support setting.
• Passion for inclusion and supporting children with additional needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Patient, resilient and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional learning needs.
• Support children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Help pupils access learning activities and engage in the classroom.
• Promote positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
